The Carolinas Chapter invites you to join us for “The Time of Your Life Tour” sponsored by Audi Greenville, Protech Motorsports and GMP Performance. The official activities began Friday evening October 13 with registration and a meet and greet in the Quattro Pub at our host venue The Switzerland Inn. This will be followed by a group dinner.
A special optional Pre-Tour will start with lunch and a drive on Friday afternoon. The tour will include some great drives on Saturday, including The Diamondback (NC 226A) and The Devils Whip (NC 80) plus visits to Blowing Rock and Penland School of Crafts.
Saturday evening join your Audi friends at our group banquet. Sunday morning we will leave Little Switzerland and drive some great roads to historic Lake Lure for brunch and our fond farewells.
The full schedule is still being finalized and could include a few more special events and will be posted soon on our Chapter website.
We have a limited block of rooms at our host venue, The Switzerland Inn. These rooms will go quickly because fall is peak season in the mountains.. Please call 828 765-2153 before September 1st and mention Carolinas Audi Club to secure your reservation.

Once again we have been invited to show off our Audi's at the Hilton Head Car Club Showcase, Saturday November 5, 2016. This year they are featuring German Cars so you can be sure there will be lots of Porsches and BMW's. It's a great event and for participating in the Saturday Show we get two admissions to the Sunday Concours. There's lot's to do at the show and the weather at Hilton Head that time of year is wonderful.

GMP Performance in Charlotte will be hosting an Audi Day first Saturday in August. They will have interesting cars on display as well as tech sessions, door prizes and eats and drinks. You need to register so we know how much food to bring. This should be a great event and we expect to see Audi's from all across the Carolinas.

Everyone had such a great time last year so we're going back to the mountains for Fall Tour 2.
The Carolinas Chapter invites you to view fall scenery as you drive the beautiful area of the Appalachian Mountains. After check-in at Nantahala Village, join members on Friday evening to take a short drive up 74 to the River’s End Restaurant and enjoy our welcoming dinner together.
On Saturday morning we’ll drive scenic NC 28 from Nantahala Village, explore historic Franklin (where we will stop for lunch) and fantastic vistas with flowing curves and secluded turns on gorgeous Wayah Road We’ll then venture north along scenic Highways NC 129 and NC 143 back to NC 28 and Nantahala Village. We’ll have a nice repast at the inn on Saturday night which will bring everyone together for more Audi fun and door prizes from our sponsors.
On Sunday, we’ll have a chance for two different activities of interest : first, we can take a drive north on NC 28 – the Hellbender, to Deal’s Gap Motorcycle Resort for a quick coffee break and visit to the Tree of Shame; and then on to the Dragon – 318 curves in 11 miles, with lunch on your own and a safe departure home ; or second, we can take the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad on a steam-powered Nantahala Gorge Excursion beginning at 9am from Bryson City (tickets and service class on your own). Last year we had the largest Audi turnout ever at the Euro. This year we already have commitments from more Audi owners than last year including (so far) 5 ur quattros and 5 R8's. Friday night we are planning an Audi event before the Saturday show. Sign up NOW as the number of spaces available are limited and usually the show sells out early.

This drive has been set up by the Carolinas Chapter Triad Area. It's starts at 10am - 11am for a quick meet at Southwestern Randolph High School in Asheboro NC. Then a fun route to Troy for lunch. Then the tour will continue south through the Town Creek Indian Mound to the Little River Winery east of Charlotte. This drive will be close to both Charlotte and Triad members and worth the drive for members from other parts of the Chapter - especially those near the coast and Columbia, SC.. On March 19th we will drive from Upstate SC to Wolf Mountain Winery to meet with the Georgia Chapter. Plan on some nice roads for the drive there and lunch then a winery tour and/or a tour of the owners German car collection. You're own your own for the return trip

We will meet at 11:30 am in the parking lot. We have been invited for a private tour of the brewhouse and tasting at noon. After the tasting we will enjoy lunch in their unique restaurant.
